Sunday School Calendar 2015-16
Sunday School: Sunday school for children in pre-K through 7th grade is held during the 10:00 am worship hour. Children begin the morning with their parents in church and then are dismissed to their classrooms following a children’s welcome. We have a lively staff of volunteer teachers who lead age-appropriate lessons. The younger grades follow the Godly Play curriculum, a Montessori-based program . The older grades use a variety of curriculum materials, including the Episcopal curriculum, Living the Good News to explore Old and New Testament stories, the church year, and the sacraments. Sunday school runs from September to June.
Children are welcome to join our Sunday morning classes at any time during the church year. To download a copy of the registration form, click here.
Special Events: Children and their parents enjoy participating in a number of seasonal events, including the Christmas pageant, the Shrove Tuesday pancake supper, church picnics, Advent wreath making, and the family Good Friday Program.
