The Christ’s Church Choir is a semi-professional ensemble that sings at weekly services of the Holy Eucharist and Morning Prayer. Our volunteer, professional, and high school singers come from the surrounding communities, as well as from Connecticut and New York, and all share a passion and desire for excellent choral music in traditional Anglican worship. On most Sundays of the year, the adults are also joined by the Christ’s Church Choristers. This is a vibrant and joyful intergenerational group, and our younger singers have the privilege of singing weekly with some of NYC’s finest professional singers. New members are welcome to join at any time.
The Choir is open to all singers (teenagers and adults) who have the ability to read music and offer a certain level of time commitment. If you are interested in joining or learning more about our program, please contact Ruaraidh Sutherland, our Organist and Choirmaster.
